Rates are variable, so please contact us for detailed information. But as a general guideline, $300 per hour will be charged for any pre-mediation consultation and emails, reading time, and mediation session time. Travel time (outside of the Charlotte metropolitan area) will be charged at $200 per hour. Fees and costs are the obligation of the parties and their attorneys, jointly and severally.
